im sure the copper iso-thermal plenum will work just fine were you are at ... some people will get the coolant control valve as well with their set up but don't ever use it ... so i would just stick with the copper set up

Anyways, my question is, i recently replaced the bracket in my door because the **** started popping all the way down the road. An annoying pop that went away when i held the top of the handle with my hand. I originally replaced the bracket because some where down the line, it got bored out. Seemed to happen after i hit that MAJOR rattle making pot hole down in Jacksonville florida that shook me and my car to bits.

It has been popping ever since.

Replaced bracket, and it still pops. I added felt all around it to see if that would help and it didn't. I am almost thinking that it could be happening in between where the leather armrest 'handle' thing at the top is joining with the plastic door panel (because those aren't one piece, correct?) and if so, is there any way to get under there to add some felt? Does anyone else even have an annoying pop that CANNOT be drowned out? It honestly drives me so far up the wall that i am having a hard time breathing rom the altitude. I am about ready to just dynomat the crap out of the door.

Any suggestions for 'pop' removal would be appreciated.
Have you tried hitting the affected area with a little WD-40? I know, it sounds like a red-nek fix, but I've seen it work wonders before... My cousin had a squeak in the A-pillar on his Bonneville, and he could NOT git rid of it. Finally he shot some good-ol WD behind it... squeak gone
Obviously, you would want to make sure you didn't get any on the finish surfaces of the door panel, just inside mounting points.

I have a spare passenger front... I'll have to check the condition of it though.
