Make sure the vacuum hose and MAF are connected and that you didn't install the MAF backwards. Did you mess with the throttle body at all?

Yes, the MAF is the black sensor that goes in the middle of your CAI. It is possible to install it backwards which will mess everything up, there's an arrow imprinted on the side of it pointing in the direction of air flow (should be pointing towards the back of the engine). The throttle body's settings are contained within, if you moved the butterfly/plate without disconnecting the plug or battery first then you will have to do the relearn procedure for it.

EDIT: I remember reading about problems with that particular intake:

Just do what herrschaft mentioned....^....reinstall and make sure everything is connected. When you installed the MAF sensor did the intake require you're removing it? You know there's a right & wrong way to install the MAF sensor or is it loose, take another look....Gary
