How many foot-pounds of torque should 19 OEM Forged wheels be tightened to?

Tightly? It really isnt that big of a deal, just tighten it until it wont budge no more but not tight enough that you break your lug nut lol

Don't do that, I have seen too many people over stress their wheels studs that way, unless you have a real good idea how much torque you are putting on the wrench from experience. It is pretty easy to over-torque them.

Torque them to 80-85 ft-lbs with a torque wrench.

i usually step on the wrench to make sure its tight. Is that bad?

nah as long as you dont weigh 300 pounds or so

I hope you aren't serious . If you are, then invest in a 1/2" drive torque wrench. It is a worthwhile investment.
Think about it, you are only supposed to put 80 pounds of force on the wrench, 1 foot from the socket or lug nut

I torque mine to about 84.

Definitely don't want to just crank them to like 100+ warp a rotor.

+10...just like most shops would with their impact gun.

Torque mine give or take...80-85.

This is why I ask!! I did the same on my R32 and everytime I did it I was like "Should not be doing this!" ha ha

i torque my wheels 95-100 ft. lbs. 100 ft lbs is commonly used (as well as forged wheels) nothing more than that. you might warped the rotor. if you're paranoid, 90 ft. lbs. should do.

+1 80-85 lbs. It keeps lugs in good shape & the rotors from warping.
