Stillen Supercharger Kits

It is also the basis for kits by Jackson Racing, TRD, Rousch and others. This has been designed as a modification that will be reliable, long lived and satisfying in daily use. Before offering this kit for sale, Stillen put 10 intensive months of design, testing, dyno time and day to day driving into it. The kit has been tested over thousands of miles in all driving conditions. They continued to refine it making improvements in operating efficiency, installation and compatibility with existing systems. The kit has been designed in consultation with an approved testing lab for CARB. It is our intention to have this as a 50 state legal kit. Stillen will submit it for final approval shortly. Please contact us for details on the Carb approval as it may apply to your purchase. In CARB trim, the unit produces approximately 60 horsepower to the wheels and upwards of that at the flywheel. This power is delivered in a smooth, linear fashion from idle through redline. We are rating this unit at an average of 354 hp rpm and 318 ft/lbs at 4200 rpm. We anticipate an average install time of 8-10 hours for a certified mechanic with experience in this type of installation. Stillen has recently received approval from Dell Financial Group to offer their extended warranty. This will allow limited coverage of the engine for 3 years or 36,000 miles as an option. This approval was granted after extensive review of our engineering designs and independent testing of the unit. In the near future, Stillen will be adding optional parts and tuning levels to this kit. There will be parts such as intercoolers and tuning modifications to increase horsepower, torque and operating efficiency. These parts and modifications will be offered for "Off Road Use Only" and their use will invalidate any CARB certification. All foreseeable options will be sold as upgrades to the existing kit. Stillen has worked hard to produce a kit that is state of the art in every way. They have invested in new testing equipment, personnel and tooling. They have produced a kit that is OE level quality or better. The unit requires additional clearance under the hood for the supercharger. There are 5 options to accomplish this. They are as follows: 1. Replacement fiberglass hood. (This is supplied ready for final prep and painting.) Requires truck LTL shipping. 2. Replacement carbon fiber hood. (Requires no painting.) Requires truck LTL shipping. 3. Fiberglass Cowl. Requires a cut out of the stock hood. Supplied ready for prep and painting.

There are also a stage 2 and 3.

HKS Rotrex Supercharger Kits

HKS is proud to introduce the highly anticipated HKS Rotrex Supercharger kit for 2003+ Nissan 350Z. This direct bolt-on kit produces a 80+ Horsepower gain over stock (measured at the rear wheels), with boost set to 0.48bar (~7PSI). The supercharger is a centrifugal type that features a unique traction drive, and a closed oil circulation system. The traction drive utilizes fixed ratio planetary rollers that are more efficient then traditional gear-wheels. Because the planetary rollers do not have teeth like traditional gear-wheels, noise is decreased and reliability increased. The closed oil circulation system cycles a specially-formulated Traction Oil that lubricates and cools the supercharger, dramatically increasing longevity and reliability. The Traction Oil is cooled through an air to fluid oil cooler.

The HKS Rotrex Supercharger kit for the Nissan 350Z includes all the necessary components for a complete installation:
• HKS Rotrex Centrifugal Supercharger Unit
• Front Mount Intercooler
• S/C Controller (Engine Management w/direct plug harness)
• Traction Oil Cooler
• Tuned Cast-Aluminum Mounting Bracket (This bracket has been specifically engineered and tested to minimize noise and vibration)
• 525cc Injectors X 2
• Bolt in Fuel Pump Assembly
• Super Mega Flow Intake
• Standard Bypass Valve
• Pending CARB exemption

ATI Procharger High Output Supercharger Kit

The new H.O. Intercooled ProCharger system for Nissan 350Z’s produces a 55-60% horsepower gain (with a conservative 7 psi of boost) on stock motors running pump gas, with the ability to support even higher power levels. This supercharger system is a 100% complete bolt-on, and delivers the coolest charge air temperatures available, for maximum engine longevity as well as power. Standard equipment includes a highly effective air-to-air intercooler system and the self-contained, gear-driven C-2 ProCharger model, with 3-year supercharger warranty. Installation is very straightforward, with no accessory relocation, and can be completed in approximately 8-10 hours. A tuner kit for modified applications is also available.

The C-2 ProCharger for the 350Z features ATI’s patented self-contained oiling technology, which delivers cooler operating temperatures and eliminates the need to punch a hole in the oil pan. The C-2 also features a patented progressively linked compound bearing system, which maintains reliability even with the higher boost and power levels possible with intercooling. Due to the positive impact of intercooling upon both performance and engine longevity, only intercooled ProCharger systems are being offered for the 350Z.

I think almost everyone on here will agree that both of your posts should become stickys. good job. I was suprised when i joined that there werent any. If people would add info to these as well as put in a average price and rwhp for each system that would be helpful also. I think alot of us have been searching around and only getting bits and pieces of info.

Sound like ATI Procharger is the best in the market because of 100% bolt-on (eliminates the need to punch a hole in the oil pan) and 3-year warranty. Thinking about of getting ATI Procharger over Vortech.

I'm not as knowagable on this topic as some here, but I'd heard that the ATI isn't as safe as the vortech.

I go vortech with an oversized predrilled oil pan. Like the APS units. That way its still 100% bolt on and you can go back to stock.
