Plenum Spacer or Kinetix V-Plenum

Ok, so here are my options.

3/8 or 5/8 plenum spacer

or...

The Kenetix V-plenum

Which one creates more overall power? I've researched but have gotten different numbers all around the web. Did any of you feel any gains with either?

I was about to get a Kenetix but I heard a lot of bad things about them from people on here..

Lots of people on here are fans of the MD 5/16" spacer

you have more options than that

5/16"
3/8"
1/2"/5/8"

Cosworth, Kinetix, Crawford. etc

Best bang for buck is the 5/16" or 1/2" plenum spacer

You can't run a spacer and the Kinetix, it's either one or the other. MD spacers are the most proven way to add power to your can and as previously mentioned the best bang for your buck.

LOL. Where do you get that number from? In order for our VQ engine to gain 20-25 HP, you know that we have to do lots of work? Adding a SSV and you get that HP, that is insane. Yes, it does work but it doesnt mean working is gaining power.

I highly doubt he got +25hp with it if he's NA. They have a new version called the Velocity Manifold that replaces the SSV and it isn't supposed to loose HP on NA engines. At $750 though the best bang for your buck is still a MD spacer.

No way is this true...LOL (sorry for the large image, its the only one on their site)

OP, you have plenty of choices. If you have a Non revup engine, I would suggest getting an MD 5/16" or 1/2" Iso Thermal Spacer. It runs about 200 for a brand new one. No need of the MREV2. If you have a Revup engine, then get a combo of a spacer + MREV2.
