Do a boolean search for "Electric Supercharger" (with quotes) and you will come up with lots of bad stuff on them.

That company is so amateur. They bolded the amount of wattage and amperage the unit draws as if more is better.

A typical alternator can produce 120amps and this thing draws 124amps?!!? That leaves nothing left to power other stuff, like, oh, you know.... Spark plugs, fuel injectors, fuel pump, head lights, gauge cluster, throttle body, ecu, and other non critical sensors like tps, o2, egr...

What are you talking about? The e-Ram "Electric" supercharger draws less than 5 amps. That's why it won't work at anything over 2000 RPM, it can't move enough air.

Now if you mean the that huge electric supercharger using 3 electric motors and a Roots type supercharger, yes that draws upwards of 120 amps. HOWEVER, if you read the article, you will see that they have installed three huge batteries and a dual charging system to handle the load. That supercharger can't go more than about a minute or two before it runs out of juice and must be recharged for 15 or 20 minutes.

Well. Regardless, it's still a POS. I was just reading what they wrote on the first page of their website. I didn't even bother with reading anymore than that.

Oh. And you need to change your avatar. Hillary is out of it now. Thank god.

Yes, it is a POS, there is only one Electric Supercharger that works, but it's a PITA to install and very $$$$$.

As for the avatar, don't count the Bitch out until AFTER the convention. Something in the back of my head says "something" is going to come out just before or during the convention about BO (Ha! I always thought he stunk!) and the Super Delegates will have to give it to the Bitch. We'll see.

Also, I can't change it, I'm not a "premier" member anymore. If I remove it, I can't put a new one in it's place.
