So, the meterial is cool and all, but what about your casting? Because the kit I got from you was awful.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We strive to ensure our customers are happy with their parts and their purchase. Please message me with the details of your purchase and why you found the parts unsatisfactory. Thank you.

All products we used from extreme dementions were no good..we ended up buying additional bumpers not using the side skirts and having to do major fabrication for what was somewhat usable..i would never recommend extreme demensions..and in the furture will never purchase there product again. Buyer beware.

Ditto. After a year of owning the kit and rarely driving, the casting is chipping, so there are holes in both bumpers (didnt even use the ugly sideskirts that look nothing like the picture). Where the bumpers arent containing holes, the bumpers are wavy as hell in the straight surfaces.
When loading my car onto a trailer a piece of wood shot out from my rear wheel and the car then bottomed out in the rear, i didnt worry at all because i knew i purchased a body kit thart could flex and take a little bump like they show in the video. I looked back at my bumper to see it ripped off of a quarter panel and cracked in various places. The front bumper also had a very small incident where it bottomed out going less than five mph, its cracked around both headlights in multiple places and cracked in multiple other places.

And oh yeah, i still have no sidemarkers, i laughed at the poor craftsmanship of these holes. They wouldve required about six hours of garage work, bondo, sanding, etc to even get them to LOOK good, theres noway in hell I'd have faith in popping them in and out though.

Extreme dimensions, you have by far the worst quality products ive ever seen on a car and i am disgusted at how your company can even let these pieces of trash leave your factory. I wouldve pursued you folks resolving my issue, but you wouldve just sent me more junk.

Again, I'm sorry you had a negative experience with our products. I wish you would have contacted us directly. After all, if you don't let us know there is a problem, how are we supposed to know?

Also, our parts are never advertised as ready to paint out of the box. We remind every single customer before finalizing the purchase that the parts should be installed by a professional body shop with experience in aftermarket fiberglass aero.

As per any "waviness" you describe, it is never recommended that you paint an unprepped surface, regardless of who makes the part. It sounds like who ever painted your bumper did not do the proper sanding and body work needed.

As for the damage, there's simply no way for us to guarantee that a part will be never break. There are so many variables in the real world, and in the laws of physics, that it is impossible. We try to make our parts as resistant as is reasonable for all the other factors that must be taken into account.Although we have proven that our Duraflex parts do in fact flex, and can be impact resistant, unique designs are affected by physics in different ways. Sometimes it's just a matter of the right amount of force at the right angle. It's the same reason that even OEM bumpers can be broken in everyday situations.

But you do know, my girlfriend who is very amateur with cars, hell a toddler could tell that these products are of very little quality. Your technicians that wrap and ship them see the parts, and unless their standard is low as well, they'd see.

I was the one that did the work on my kit along with the help of a second professional body man. We did three stages of fiberglass prep on the rear to fill in the cracks the bumpers arrived with and the imperfections by the low quality casting and 4 on the front. No part should ever be painted right after shipment, and none of my parts were. I am qualified to do the work because I am a paint and body specialist.

I saw the video, I saw the flexing, but the impact to my bumpers wasn't even as much as your clip of a 350z bumping into a concrete parking spot barrier.

I completely forgot to mention the hood I received that I refused to install and sold to someone else. There was no bracing and 5 lb. Of load on the center of the hood made it buckle. The hood latch was ghettod in with halfass fiberglass work and when shut left a 2 inch gap from the hood latch being the wrong length. And the usual waviness in the hood. Did one stage of fiberglass before I said screw this, this isn't going on my car.

There is no excuse, the products I received and the products you release are garbage, and now the people that received them are warning other people of this garbage. I will accept that I've spent over a thousand dollars and wasted it completely and am in the market for a new kit. VIS will be taking my money and I will continue to make anyone around me aware of how terrible extreme dimensions products are.

This last quote is from the guy that followed my statement..but just so you are aware in my situation I did contact extereme dimensions directly and they told me to go back to the place I bought the product from. I even took pictures and sent them to one of your female staff in the tech department. One of my questions to her was is doing 10-15 hours of just fabrication per piece honestly the best your product could give..in other molds they were not as far off as yours. If you would like me to, i will send you the issues we delt with along the way. The place we bought the full set from only gave us shipping credit and put it back on extreme demensions to help handle the issues we encountered. In the long run no one would take responsibility for this product i bought. Eventually it got so frustrating we just tossed out the front bumper went to concept z and bought a bumper that needed little fabrication (which is how it should come anyways...) you should not have to cut off the top half of the bumper to make it fit...eventually when i have my photo shoot done i am planning on posting our process on the vehicle anyways..this is how people on here get good feedback

I bought the G37 Duroflex kit. It was god awful fitment, plus both side skirts were cracked (you claimed was from shipping). I called and complained about the quality and rep proceeded to tell me my body shop must not know what they are doing (though they have over 40 yrs experience). Then I had to take several pictures showing the horrible fitment and gaps. It wouldnt even test fit around the headlight it was so bad. After a month of back and forth and having to get a SECOND body shop to also say the kit is crap, they finally offered a refund. Though I had to pay return shipping. Ended up wasting 4 months of my time and 400 dollars.

I would avoid your company like the plague.

This is the only pic I could find on my phone. Upper right side of headlight wasnt even close. Lower right corner had about a 1/4 inch gap on right, but bottom was too high. The V point was about a 1/2" too high and would even fit under fender.

Both professional body shops laughed. First quoted me 1800 for prep and paint due to fitment and second refused to even touch it.
